Who we are?

Public Health Incubation Hub Nigeria (PHIHN - pronounced FEEN), is a not-for-profit network founded by a group of passionate young professionals, majorly working in the public health sector. Our aim is to bridge the knowledge and skill gap between more experienced public health professionals and early/mid-career professionals. We do this by creating opportunities for high-level networking, skill-building and career development, and building a strong and vibrant network of young public health professionals that can effectively contribute to Nigeria’s public health workforce.

What we do?

PHIHN aims to provide mentorship, peer-to-peer networking, and career development opportunities to students, graduates, and early-career to mid-career professionals in the public health sector. We recognise the challenges that young public health professionals face, including limited access to mentorship and career development opportunities. This is why we exist - to help bridge the gap.

Our vision is to build a vibrant network of young public health professionals who can effectively participate in the workforce and contribute to Nigeria’s public health development.
